Grace is passionate about environmental issues and tries to lead an environmentally responsible lifestyle.

She works in the sustainability team of a local organisation. At home she is growing organic vegetables, uses water butts on the garden, reuses items and recycles as much as possible, has cavity wall insulation, conserves energy use, and tries to buy ethical / environmentally friendly products when possible.

Grace became a vegetarian a few years ago - animal welfare, factory farming and over fishing are very high on her list of interests.

Grace is studying for an environmental qualification with the Open University after having studied German and French at university.

She believes strongly in looking after our planet, using its resources carefully and protecting species from human-caused harm and extinction.

Grace is pleased to be a member of SAVE, to take action locally to improve the environment, and meet like-minded people.
